CIAI has been working since 1968 to establish the respect of the children's rights, taking care of every child with the same professionalism and love as if they were our own.
In more than 50 years, CIAI has always been standing alongside the most vulnerable children, their families and the communities. Their strategy regarding development projects builds upon all the lessons learned through international adoption.
They have a bold vision of children’s needs which have been translated into specific actions focused not only on children, but also on the three strategic actors who – only together – activate a dynamic of change: families, communities and institutions.
Since 1968, more than 3,169 children have been adopted around 25 countries. Until 2018, around 30 projected have been executed and developed to realize their vision.
